What we collect, and why.

The Request Access and Build Updates forms are the places on this site where you intentionally provide personal information to us.

What is collected

Whatever you enter in the form: your name, work email and company, and — where you choose to provide them — your role, the number of operating companies you run, your company size, the systems you currently use, what you would want lgOS to solve, and any additional message.

You may also voluntarily provide your email address to receive lgOS Build Updates. When you do, we record when you subscribed and that it came from this website, so we can maintain the subscription and our record of your consent. You can unsubscribe from future updates at any time using the link in any update we send, or by writing to us.

Why

Request Access details are used to evaluate and respond to access and pilot enquiries — to understand whether lgOS fits your situation and to reply to you.

Build Updates addresses are used to deliver the updates you asked for.

How it reaches us

Request Access submissions go to our own server, which sends the contents to us by email through a third-party email delivery service.

Build Updates submissions also go to our own server, which uses a third-party email delivery service to maintain your email contact, your subscription state and your membership of the Build Updates list.

Submission contents are not written to our application logs.

As with any website, basic technical request data — including your IP address — is processed temporarily for abuse prevention and operational security.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. This site runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party tracking.

Removal

We have not set a fixed retention period. Write to admin@lgos.ai and we will delete what you sent us.
