Company

Operating infrastructure for businesses that outgrew their software.

lgOS is being built for organisations whose complexity has passed the point where disconnected applications can hold it together.

Mission

Every business eventually runs on more systems than any one person can hold in their head. The work of holding them together is invisible, constant, and falls to the people least able to spare the time.

lgOS is being built to absorb that work: to give a business one operating layer that understands its context, preserves what it learns, and raises only what genuinely requires a decision — while consequential authority stays with people.

It is shaped by firsthand experience with the coordination burden of running businesses.

What we believe

Software should understand organisational context.

Applications know their own domain. Almost none of them know the business they belong to.

Institutional knowledge should belong to the company.

Not to an inbox, a folder structure, or whoever happens to remember.

Executives should manage exceptions.

Assembling information is not the job. Deciding what to do about it is.

Complexity should not require proportional overhead.

Growing a business should not mean growing the administration around it at the same rate.
